1 &½ cup purpose flour ( menda)
1 cup wheat flour (ghehu)
1 cup water
2 &½ tab oil in flour
Salt to taste
Oil for deep frying
Recipe for pakwan
Step – 1
Fast for mix flour in one plate, then mix a salt & oil
all ingredients are mixed properly add enough water to knead a
semi-soft dough .Once the dough is ready, take small portions of
it and roll balls out them .Roll them in to 5 to 7cm flat discs and lightly prick
them with fork and keep aside.
Step – 2
Next , take a one pan & heat oil in a deep frying a pakwan (puri)
A hit is moderate (midiam) falm. Fry the pakwan until golden and
crisp in texture .Remove and drain excess oil
Ingredients for dal
1 Cup chana dal (half boli)
¼ tab Turmeric powder (haldi)
1 tab Ginger mirch pest
1 tab garam masala
1&½ tab oil
Salt for test
Mint pest for test
½ tab coriander (kothmir)
1 cup water
Step – 3
Pressure cook the soaked chana dal along with turmeric powder (haldi)
And add 2 ½ cups water up to 2 & 3 whistles on high flem and cook low heat for
5 to 7 minutes
Step -4
First of fall take one pan in oil in modereat (midiam) flam.
Then add ginger mirch pest ,and mix a chana dal (half boli) then a mix garam masala
Salt and water then after 3 to 5 minutes mix a mint pest & ready to serve .
